Statement of Faith

Our Foundation

Inbreathe exists to encourage believers in their daily walk with God by helping them pause, reflect, and respond to His Word. Learn more about Inbreathe.

Our work is guided by historic Christian beliefs and a commitment to keeping Scripture at the centre of every experience.

Scripture

We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, trustworthy, and authoritative Word of God.

Scripture is the final authority for Christian faith and practice. Every devotional, reflection, and prayer within Inbreathe is intended to point users back to God's Word rather than replace it.

God

We believe there is one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

God is the Creator and Sustainer of all things and is worthy of all worship, honour, and glory.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God.

He became fully human while remaining fully God, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return again.

Salvation is found in Christ alone.

Salvation

We believe salvation is a gift of God's grace received through faith in Jesus Christ.

No person can earn salvation through good works or personal effort.

Through Christ, believers are forgiven, reconciled to God, and given the hope of eternal life.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, producing spiritual growth, conviction, wisdom, and Christlike character.

The Holy Spirit continues to guide believers through God's Word.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers.

Local churches play an essential role in worship, discipleship, fellowship, teaching, accountability, and pastoral care.

Inbreathe is intended to complement—not replace—the ministry of the local church.

Our Theological Position

Inbreathe exists to encourage thoughtful engagement with Scripture.

We seek to present devotionals that explain the historical, literary, and biblical context of each passage while remaining faithful to its original meaning.

Our goal is not to introduce new interpretations or novel theology, but to encourage careful reading, thoughtful reflection, and personal prayer.

Where faithful Christians hold differing theological views on secondary matters, we seek to avoid unnecessary speculation and instead focus on the central truths shared across historic orthodox Christianity.

Our Use of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is a tool—not a spiritual authority.

AI is used to assist in generating devotionals and guided prayers that encourage reflection on Scripture. Understand our AI philosophy.

AI does not:

  • receive revelation from God;
  • establish doctrine;
  • interpret Scripture with authority;
  • replace pastors, churches, or biblical scholarship;
  • add to or alter God's Word.

Every effort is made to ensure that content remains biblically grounded and points readers back to Scripture.

Our Commitment

We are committed to:

  • Keeping Scripture at the centre of every experience.
  • Honouring the authority of God's Word.
  • Presenting devotionals with theological care and humility.
  • Encouraging personal prayer and spiritual growth.
  • Continually improving Inbreathe to better serve believers.

A Final Word

Inbreathe is not intended to replace your personal study of Scripture, your relationship with Christ, or your involvement in a local church.

Our hope is that Inbreathe simply helps you develop a faithful daily rhythm of reading God's Word, reflecting on its truth, and responding in prayer.

Scripture is the authority. AI is the servant. Christ remains the focus.
