A Prayer for Peace in Trust

Lord, you are my refuge. Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee. I confess my tendency to worry and to seek control. Help me to trust in you; anchor my thoughts on your character. Keep me steady today, and grant me your lasting peace that surpasses understanding. May I live in your strength, and may my heart rest in your faithfulness. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
